In a seemingly never ending stream Microsoft employees are blogging but this one stands out if you are looking to land a job at Microsoft. Several of the people working in the recruiting organization at MS have started a blog.
In it they talk about how they go about the business of finding and recruiting people.
If you are looking to work in Redmond then I would suggest checking it out!
